“
There was this annoying noise but I am not sure if it is because of my gate opener. I call Fox Gate Repair to report this issue, but then I go hindered in routine stuffs and I forget all about it. The following day, I tried to open my gate and it stopped working. So, I decided to call this company immediately. It was a respite to hear John telling me that that the motor of my gate was only overheated. Even if he repaired the motor of my gate, John suggested me to replace it in order to avoid possible issues. It was amazing that John game me heads up and so we would have enough time to get organized prior to having the motor of gate replaced. John was wonderful!”
